Refund Policy

Student Activity, Application and College Service Fees are non-refundable.

Prior to August 29, 2017, 100% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student's account.

From August 29, 2017 through September 11, 2017, 50% of the applicable tuition and mandatory usage fees will be credited to the student's account.

No refunds will be granted to students withdrawing after September 11, 2017.  All withdrawals must be in writing and received by the Registrar's Office.  If you are due a refund, you will receive your check approximately six weeks from the start of classes.

Installment Payment Plan

There is a non-refundable $25 fee for the payment plan.  Please visit my.commnet.edu to enroll.  For more information, please call 860-253-3043.

Other Fees

Bad Check Fee: a $25.00 bad check fee is charged for processing any check which is not accepted for deposit by the bank.

Late Payment Fee: A late payment fee of $15.00 will be charged if payments are received after the due dates.
