Request a Transcript

Asnuntuck Community College takes its responsibility to safeguard your records very seriously.  Any request to release records must be verified and, except in specific instances, come directly from the student whose records are being requested.  If you need a rapid turnaround for a deadline, we recommend that you take advantage of our eTranscript service.   There is no charge for electronic or paper transcripts.

Asnuntuck's electronic transcripts are the most convenient and fastest way to have your Asnuntuck academic record reported to a college or university, employer or other third party.  Student records without holds can be delivered to an email address within an hour after the request is made.  Security verfications take place electronically.  Please choose a method below to request your transcript based on how recently you were an ACC student.

Current and Recent Students: Use your NetID (look up NetID) and password (reset password) to log in to your myCommNet  account. Navigate to Banner Self-Service, Student Records and click on the Request an Official eTranscript link.

Former Students:  If you have been away from ACC for more than two years, you can use this link to request an eTranscript without a NetID: Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.

Other requests

If you cannot submit an electronic request, please follow the instructions below.  Allow 7-10 business days for the processing of paper requests and observe the guidelines provided.

  • DO NOT fax a transcript request form.  Paper requests must be delivered in person or via regular mail.
  • Mailed requests must be accompanied by a notarized Affidavit of Identity form. This form can be obtained in the Registrar's Office or downloaded by clicking here.  This notarized Affidavit is required to be completed only once and will be kept on file in the Registrar’s Office to be matched up with future requests.
  • Students who come to the Registrar’s Office to complete a written transcript request form will be asked to present a valid form of identification, such as driver’s license, passport, or other form of photo identity verification with signature.
