    Asnuntuck Community College has announced that Len and Cherylann Gengel will be this year’s Commencement Speakers. Commencement is scheduled for Thursday, May 29th at 6 p.m. The ceremony will take place on the college’s field in the rear of the school.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Jeanie Beresford will be teaching ten 2.5 hour sessions on topics ranging in scope from Sugar…The Hidden Truth to The Health Benefits of Fermented Foods. Another session will be Toxins: What are they and how do you get rid of them? There is a $39 fee for each session.

Asnuntuck Community College will hold an Open House on Tuesday, April 29th. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Mary Lou Strom Conference Room. The Open House will include information about admissions, financial aid and student activities. Meet with faculty, administrators and students to get an overview of all that Asnuntuck Community College has to offer.

Asnuntuck Community College will be putting the spotlight on the arts this spring. A new student art gallery located adjacent to the President’s Corridor has been unveiled and ACC students’ work is being featured on a rotating basis in the ACC Corridor Gallery.

Several well-known community members will star in the 11th Annual Asnuntuck Community College Foundation The Case of the Malted Falcon, Murder Mystery Dinner and Auction. The event will take place on Friday, March 28, 2014 beginning at 6 p.m., at the Holiday Inn in Enfield.

    On Tuesday, March 18th Asnuntuck Community College, 170 Elm Street, Enfield, will hold a candlelight vigil for peace, followed by an evening of poetry and music celebrating peace.
