Registration for the Fall semester at Asnuntuck Community College is currently underway. Asnuntuck offers on the spot admissions Monday through Friday. Students may apply or register on-line 24 hours a day at until Wednesday, August 27th. Students may register in person at the Registrar’s office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. through September 3rd.
Asnuntuck Community College Foundation, Inc. has announced their latest round of support for the local community college. The Foundation has committed to donating more than $318,000 to the college.
Asnuntuck Community College’s Continuing Education department will be offering a variety of courses related to Yoga, Zumba and Reiki beginning this fall.
The Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) Advanced Manufacturing Centers Initiative was chosen as the Northeastern Economic Development Association’s (NEDA) Program of the Year and will be recognized at NEDA’s 2014 Annual conference in Worcester, Mass., in September.

Asnuntuck Community College (ACC) has received an additional $50,000 in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) funding for scholarships in the college’s Healthcare Career programs.

Asnuntuck Community College will offer both Esthetician and Nail Technician programs this fall. Both programs are offered on a full or part-time basis. Day and evening classes are available. Both programs are approved for SNAP funding. Rose Gay, LME, LMT and Maria Gay, LE, MA will be co-teaching all of the classes.
