Asnuntuck Community College (ACC) has received an additional $50,000 in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) funding for scholarships in the college’s Healthcare Career programs.

Asnuntuck Community College will offer both Esthetician and Nail Technician programs this fall. Both programs are offered on a full or part-time basis. Day and evening classes are available. Both programs are approved for SNAP funding. Rose Gay, LME, LMT and Maria Gay, LE, MA will be co-teaching all of the classes.

Asnuntuck Community College will host four weeks of Mad Science Awesome Activity Weeks this summer. Designed to be fun, hands on and very interactive students will be participating in both indoor and outdoor activities. Class size is limited for these offerings. Each week costs $249 with the exception of Eureka/Robots which has a fee of $270 (which includes a $20 materials fee for robots).
