Blackboard Student Support Center & HelpDesk (Web-based)
The Office of Information Technology's (OIT) Blackboard Student Support Center provides the students of the ConnSCU member institutions with a comprehensive multi-channel contact center in the use of Blackboard Learn and related applications. The support resources will include phone-based support, email submission, knowledge base, animated tutorials, tips and guides. View support resources: websupport.ct.edu
Submit a support ticket
If you did not find an answer to your problem at websupport.ct.edu you can submit a ticket to the HelpDesk.
To submit a ticket you must login to the support site at https://websupport.ct.edu/submit-help-ticket. Your "Student Support username" is the 8-digits contained in your NetID. Type in ONLY the 8 digits! Select "Community Colleges" as the answer to "Where are you from?" You will be contacted by email with a response during the HelpDesk hours of operation.

Blackboard Maintenance Schedule
The Blackboard Learn maintenance window is scheduled to occur on Sunday mornings from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. During this time, Blackboard Learn may not be available. Please plan accordingly.
If an unscheduled maintenance period is deemed necessary, a message will be posted in Blackboard. Please check your "My Blackboard Learn" page for notifications.
On Campus Help
